Your daughter is going to have a blast making new friends and experiencing a variety of Empowering & Fun activities! at our Summer Camp in Culver City! 

We offer 2 Summer Camps for GIRLS in 2019

- GIRLS Camp ages 6-11 

- TEEN Camp ages 12-19

GIRLS Camp is open for girls ages 6 to 11 yrs old. It is offered from Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. Early drop off available from 7:30am. Late pick up until 6pm. 

TEEN Program is open for girls ages 12 to 19 yrs old. It is offered from Monday to Thursday from 10am to 4 pm.  Early drop off available from 7:30am and late pick up is available until 6pm. 

Our Summer Camp in Culver City meets at our studio across from Westfield Mall in Culver City.

What is included in this Camp?"

The Camp's main goal is to have the girls have the Most FUN & EMPOWERING time, while becoming proficient in Self Defense skills, increase focus, become physically stronger, healthier diet, increase coordination, boost confidence, and increase situational awareness.

TEEN CAMP activities include Self Defense Training, Real World Financial Literacy Field Trip, Sailing Lessons, Kayaking Lessons, Stand Up Paddle Board Lessons, Teen Safe Dating Workshops, Nutrition, Yoga, Meditation, Dance, and More FUN Activities!

  • SHIELD Self Defense Classes!  – This course will teach you how to have confidence and how to be safe around bullies and strangers! You will learn how to  do: Palm Strikes, Elbow Strikes, Knee Strikes, Kicking, Blocking, Takedowns, and Grappling! It’s awesome! The drills we do are fun exercises that are designed to increase your ability to move and change direction and position of the  body quickly and effectively while under control. It increases quick  reflexes, coordination, balance, speed, and  correct response to the  changing situation.
  • Nutrition Workshops will demystify the complex subject of what "eating well" means. It will include informative talks, hands-on instruction, and, of course, tasting deliciously healthful food!
  • Dance Classes!  -  This  action packed class is a blast! Boys and girls enjoy learning  fun new dances, “cool dance moves,” and routines! 
  • Yoga & Meditation Classes! Meditation & Yoga classes teaches you on how to remain center in chaos. It trains students to increase focus and train the mind to be quiet for a moment. 
  • And So Much More Fun Activities! 

Structured Program to increase Motor Skills


  • Balance!  -  Balance is defines as the correct body placement within a space or determined movement. 
  • Coordination!   -  Coordination is the physical ability that allows a person to  perform orderly movements that are aimed toward executing a specific  technical action. 
  • Speed!  -  Speed is the basic physical ability to perform gestures in the shortest amount possible. 
  • Strength!  -  Strength is defined as the subject’s physical ability to lift, support or defeat a weight of mass by muscle action. 
  • Agility!  -  Agility is the ability to react rapidly with adequate movement to changing situations. 
  • Spatial Perception!  -   We define Spatial Perception as the knowledge of the environment and  its surroundings. It is also known as situational awareness. It involves the subject’s awareness of their situation and possible situations in their surrounding space. 
  • Body Perception!  -   Body perception is a cognitive structure that provides the human body  recognition in any situation and the information needed to establish  relations with the environment, including self awareness, and its  position in space.  

TEEN Camp also includes Water Sports Lessons & Real World Financial Literacy Field Trips!


  • Real World Financial Literacy Field Trip for TEENS to A Simulated Town. This field trip workshop combines in-class learning with a day-long visit to a simulated town. This popular program allows  students to operate banks, manage restaurants, write checks, and vote for mayor. The program provides useful, practical content to assist teens in the transition from being students to productive, contributing members of society. 
  • Stand-Up Paddle Boarding Lessons! – Learning how to improve balance and increase core strength while enjoying the ocean breeze.       
  • Kayaking Lessons! – Kayaking also increases core strength, coordination and upper body strength. It's so much fun to kayak safely around the Marina.
  • Sailing Lessons! – Sailing is very relaxing and increases coordination, core strength, and spatial awareness.
  • And More Outdoor and Beach Activities! 

All instructors and coaches for the water sports activities are UCLA employees who hold current Red Cross CPR and First Aid certifications.
