ALL REFUNDS ARE SUBJECT TO 3.85% CREDIT CARD FEE IF PURCHASED WITH CREDIT CARD

NO REFUND ON GIFT CERTIFICATES, SPECIAL DEALS, AND PACKAGED CLASSES (PACK OF 5)  

Full refund: at least 4 weeks before your week starts 

Full credit: at least 2 weeks before your week starts

No refund or no reschedule inside the 2 weeks before your week is scheduled to start

If you purchase it inside the 2 weeks, there's no refund or changes can be made

FULL Refund: 21 days prior to class

Transfer to Another Date: 14 days prior to class start date. Only one time transfer is allowed.

There is no refund or transfer inside the 14 days prior to start date.

NO REFUND ON PACKAGED CLASSES (PACK OF 5)

FULL Refund: 14 days prior to class date.

Transfer to Another Date: 3 days prior to class date

There is no refund or transfer inside the 3 days prior to start date.

If you are in a month to month program, you may cancel your membership 48 hours prior to billing date for the month.
