You & your friends will LOVE this all-inclusive empowering 4 days & 3 night of amazing women's self-defense retreat in a serene and natural setting, located where the pine forest meets the ocean in San Luis Obispo.
SHIELD women's self-defense retreat is an empowering and immersive experience designed to equip women with the knowledge and skills necessary to protect themselves in dangerous situations.
The women's retreat is all inclusive with lodging and 3 meals/day included. You will share the cabin with other women in the retreat.
Our women's retreat takes place in a safe and supportive environment. Women come together to learn self-defense techniques, gain confidence, and build a strong sense of personal security.
Women's retreat create a sense of community, allowing women to bond with like-minded individuals who share a common goal of personal safety and empowerment.
Moreover, they provide an opportunity for personal growth, increased self-esteem, and a renewed sense of self-assurance.

What's included in the Women's Retreat?
4 Days, 3 Nights All Inclusive Women's Retreat
- SHIELD Women's Self Defense training everyday
- 3 meals per day

Who can attend the Women's Retreat?
The women's retreat is open for women ages 18 & up.
Girls under 18 years old can attend the retreat with a guardian (mom or adult sister must accompany the minor during the retreat).
Minimum age for minors to attend the retreat is 16 years old.
When is the Women's Retreat?
Friday to Monday

We start on INTERNATIONAL Women's Day - March 8, 2024
Check in available from 4pm on Friday, March 8, 2024
The Women's Retreat starts at 5pm on Friday.
We start each day at 7:30am for a morning meditation, daily stretching & core workout
The program ends around 8:30pm each day.
We take a field trip as a group on Saturday night for dinner in downtown Cambria.
The last class is on Monday morning will summarize everything we learned throughout the Women' sRetreat weekend.
