Teenage girls are about 75% of our students. We focus on middle school, high school and college girls.
At SHIELD Women's Self Defense System®, Los Angeles, our mission is to empower women & girls with the skills necessary to defend themselves in any situation. We have done that for over 20 years now, mainly in the Los Angeles area.
Now, we are opening up the system to enable other schools to teach the skills to women & girls in their locations, anywhere on earth.
Based on 20 years of teaching self-defense exclusively for women & girls, SHIELD training has been widely accepted and well received by women from all backgrounds and ages. Our system is simple and highly effective in real life situations.
Our classes are informative, FUN, and easy to follow.
Training in Los Angeles, CA
Spend 3 days in Los Angeles and train with us. We will have specific days set up for training in Los Angeles.
Training at your location
We will visit your location to provide training for you and your staff. We can conduct SHIELD training classes at your location for your students while you learn how to teach our system.
